How do Resort Rewards Certificates work?
Each Resort Rewards Certificate can be applied as a partial payment towards
the Average Retail Rate for a stay in hotel and resort rooms and apartments
at participating properties. The participating properties and accommodation
rates are detailed in this website.
Can I use Resort Rewards Certificates toward holiday packages too?
Yes, Resort Rewards Certificate can also be applied toward holiday packages
which may include airfares, hotel taxes, airport transfers and special inclusions.
All package inclusions are subject to change. Details on actual inclusions,
and approximations of other charges are available on this website or by calling
RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725.
What does the heading 'average retail rate' mean in the accommodation rates
charts?
This is the accommodation rate that is either the rate published by the resort
(retail rate) or has already been discounted by RewardsCorp. Due to volume
business concessions with resorts, RewardsCorp is able to offer an extra discount
on most resort rates — even before you apply your $500 Resort Cheques
towards this (reduced) rate. What does this mean? You will be saving even more
on your holiday than other resort guests!
When are Resort Rewards Certificates valid to?
Each Resort Rewards Certificate has validity dates clearly itemised.
How do I find out more about the hotels and resorts?
Our reservations personnel can answer your questions on aspects of each resort,
and the suitability of various resorts to your particular accommodation and
holiday requirements. All accommodation enquiries must be made through RewardsCorp
on 1300 722 725 Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm. Alternatively, you

Are there hotels and resorts in any other holiday destinations than those
featured in this website?
RewardsCorp is continually adding new destinations and new properties to its
Resort Rewards collection. Email us at with any
other preferred resort destinations and we'll let you know if there are any
new properties coming online at those destinations.
How do I book my holiday?
Call RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 with your preferred resort(s) and holiday
dates and RewardsCorp will be able to confirm your booking, or advise the closest
available dates. Alternatively you can book online with many properties through
this website.
Do I receive written confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive an Accommodation Voucher confirming your booking number,
relevant details of your holiday booking and resort arrival instructions, confirmation
of the balance of the accommodation charges paid by you, your Resort Rewards
Certificate serial number(s), and any other booking particulars requested by
you.
What if I don't have enough Resort Rewards Certificates to make up the maximum
redeemable amount by Resort Certificate? Can I pay the difference in cash?
Yes you can, however, why not ask your Promoter how you can earn even more
Resort Rewards Certificates?
When do I pay for the balance of my resort booking?
Your accommodation payment is required upon confirmation of your requested
accommodation and booking dates. This is the amount set out in the accommodation
price chart in the promotion brochure and updated in this website — less
the maximum redeemable rewards from your Resort Rewards Certificate(s) which
is deducted at this time.
What Payment Methods are available?
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or with the following
credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (2.5% surcharge), Diners Club
and American Express (3% surcharge). With payment by cheque, bookings can only
be made upon receipt of cleared funds.
Will I be charged if I cancel or amend my booking?
Cancellation of your confirmed booking within 30 days of the accommodation
check-in date, may result in the cancellation of the booking and the certificate.
However, we appreciate that your circumstances may change and that you may
not be able to travel to your booked holiday. We have therefore implemented
an Amendment Policy where you can amend your booking dates for your selected
resort as often as you require, (subject to availability) at a cost of $50
per amendment outside 30 days of travel.
How soon should I book my holiday?
To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book your holiday as soon as
you have decided on your preferred resort and holiday dates. While we have
a substantial number of holidays available a number of the participating hotel
and resort room categories are very popular. Although we strongly advise against
leaving your booking as late as possible, we will accept bookings with a minimum
21 days booking notice required. Bookings will only be accepted within 21 days
notice at the discretion of Holiday Options.
What is resort availability like? What about school holidays?
The participating hotels and resorts are generally available between 8 and
9 months of each calendar year. Resort availability is restricted or excluded
during most School Holidays. Public Holidays, Special Events and other Peak
Season periods may also be excluded. However, restrictions and exclusions are
determined by the destination and properties. Hotels and resorts in
many destinations are also available from time to time during otherwise restricted
dates. Please call RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 with your holiday preferences
for up-to-date resort availability and recommendations. All requested booking
dates are subject to promotion availability.
What if my Resort Rewards Certificates are lost or stolen?
Please retain your Resort Rewards Certificate(s) in a safe place. Should
you lose or misplace your Certificate(s) you must advise RewardsCorp immediately
on 1300 722 725 and the serial number will be cancelled within our central
reservations system. A replacement Certificate(s) will be issued to you at
this time.
