How do Resort Rewards Certificates work?
Each Resort Rewards Certificate can be applied as a partial
payment towards the Average Retail Rate for a stay in hotel and
resort rooms and apartments at participating properties. The
participating properties and accommodation rates are detailed in
this website.
What does 'Best Flexible Rate' mean in the accommodation
price charts?
RewardsCorp offers resorts and
holidays at competitive rates before applying your rewards towards
your chosen holiday. If you find, at the time of booking, a lower
'flexible rate' than the published 'Best Flexible Rate' for the
same booking - we will reduce the amount of rewards required to
complete your booking by the equivalent
amount.
When are Resort Rewards Certificates valid
to?
Each Resort Rewards Certificate has validity dates clearly
itemised.
What is the Premium Collection?

establishments. Every member of our Premium Collection offers
5-star or equivalent standards of accommodation combined with
superior service and unique features. Many are world renowned in

How do I find out more about the hotels and
resorts?
Our reservations personnel can answer your questions on
aspects of each resort, and the suitability of various resorts to
your particular accommodation and holiday requirements. All
accommodation enquiries must be made through RewardsCorp on 1300
722 725 Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm. Alternatively, you can email
your details to reservations@rewardscorp.com.
Are there hotels and resorts in any other holiday destinations
than those featured in this website?
RewardsCorp is continually adding new destinations and new
properties to its Resort Rewards collection. Email us at reservations@rewardscorp.com
with any other preferred resort destinations and we'll let you know
if there are any new properties coming online at those
destinations.
How do I book my holiday?
Call RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 with your preferred resort(s)
and holiday dates and RewardsCorp will be able to confirm your
booking, or advise the closest available dates. Alternatively you
can book online with many properties through this website.
Do I receive written confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive an Accommodation Voucher confirming your
booking number, relevant details of your holiday booking and resort
arrival instructions, confirmation of the balance of the
accommodation charges paid by you, your Resort Rewards Certificate
serial number(s), and any other booking particulars requested by
you.
What if I don't have enough Resort Rewards Certificates to make
up the maximum redeemable amount by Resort Certificate? Can I pay
the difference in cash?
Yes you can, however, why not ask your Promoter how you can earn
even more Resort Rewards Certificates?
When do I pay for the balance of my resort booking?
Your accommodation payment is required upon confirmation of your
requested accommodation and booking dates. This is the amount set
out in the accommodation price chart in the promotion brochure and
updated in this website - less the maximum redeemable rewards from
your Resort Rewards Certificate(s) which is deducted at this
time.
What Payment Methods are available?
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or
with the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (1.5%
surcharge), Diners Club and American Express (3% surcharge). With
payment by cheque, bookings can only be made upon receipt of
cleared funds.
Will I be charged if I cancel or amend my booking?
Should you cancel your accommodation booking after
full payment is made, no refund applies. Resort extras are also non
refundable and cannot be amended after your booking has been
confirmed. However, you can amend your booking dates for your
selected resort as often as you require up to 35 days prior to your
booked arrival date for a processing fee of $25, and you can also
transfer your accommodation booking to another party, without
penalty or incurring amendment fees, only name amendments will be
permitted within 35 days of arrival at your booked resort. No
cancellations or amendments are permitted for "Last minute
specials". At the sole discretion of RewardsCorp, and subject to
the booked resort and the specific room inventory being utilised
for another booking, cancellations and date changes may be
permitted within 35 days prior to your booked arrival date, subject
to a $100 fee.
How soon should I book my holiday?
To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book your holiday
as soon as you have decided on your preferred resort and holiday
dates. While we have a substantial number of holidays available a
number of the participating hotel and resort room categories are
very popular. Although we strongly advise against leaving your
booking as late as possible, we will accept bookings with a minimum
21 days booking notice required. Bookings will only be accepted
within 21 days notice at the discretion of Holiday Options.
What is resort availability like? What about school
holidays?
The participating hotels and resorts are generally available
between 8 and 9 months of each calendar year. Resort availability
is restricted or excluded during most School Holidays. Public
Holidays, Special Events and other Peak Season periods may also be
excluded. However, restrictions and exclusions are determined by
the destination and properties. Hotels and resorts in many
destinations are also available from time to time during otherwise
restricted dates. Please call RewardsCorp on 1300 722 725 with your
holiday preferences for up-to-date resort availability and
recommendations. All requested booking dates are subject to
promotion availability.
What if my Resort Rewards Certificates are lost or stolen?
Please retain your Resort Rewards Certificate(s) in a safe
place. Should you lose or misplace your Certificate(s) you
must advise RewardsCorp immediately on 1300 722 725 and the serial
number will be cancelled within our central reservations system. A
replacement Certificate(s) will be issued to you at this time.
